• All quotations and estimates provided are valid for the period specified in the quotation document
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs, design modifications, and project scope changes
• Final pricing will be confirmed upon project acceptance and may differ from initial estimates
• Quotations do not constitute a binding agreement until a formal contract is signed

4. Project Agreements and Contracts

• All projects require a signed contract or work order before commencement
• The contract will specify project scope, timelines, payment terms, and deliverables
• Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges
• Both parties must adhere to the terms specified in the signed contract

5. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be outlined in the project contract
• Advance payments may be required before project commencement
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
• Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the contract

6. Warranty and Guarantees

• Materials and hardware are covered as per the respective brand's terms & conditions
• Workmanship warranty will be specified in the project contract
• Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period
• Any service visits required after the warranty period may be chargeable
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or modifications made by third parties

7. Project Timelines

• Project timelines will be specified in the contract and are estimates based on current information
• Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., material availability, site conditions, client-requested changes)
• We will communicate any significant delays and work to minimize project duration
• Client delays in approvals or site access may extend project timelines

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements and site information
• Ensuring site access and necessary permissions for work
• Timely approvals of designs, materials, and project milestones
• Making payments as per the agreed schedule
• Maintaining the installed products as per care instructions

9. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation policies will be specified in the project contract
• Advance payments may be non-refundable if work has commenced or materials have been ordered
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the contract terms
• Design consultation fees may be non-refundable

10. Intellectual Property

• All designs, drawings, and specifications created by SriTeja Interiors remain our intellectual property
• Designs may not be reproduced, modified, or used by third parties without written permission
• Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for the installed designs

11. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the project contract
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control
• Clients are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their property

12. Dispute Resolution

• We encourage amicable resolution of any disputes through direct communication
• If disputes cannot be resolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India
• Mediation or arbitration may be used as a first step before legal proceedings

13. Website Usage
